Extra visits outside the 4-month plan

The plan includes the scheduled maintenance visit every 4 months.
Additional visits requested outside the scheduled period are subject to a call-out fee of AED 250.
Any extra repair or cleaning work will be quoted after inspection, based on the actual issue found.

Extra works with additional cost are only carried out if the inspection confirms the need.
You will never be charged for unnecessary services.

Minimum charge for apartments with one FCU only: AED 250
Note: If a specific FCU has a drain pan that requires full opening of the unit for proper cleaning, an additional charge of AED 50 will apply for that FCU only.

Duct Cleaning

May be required every 6–8 months depending on usage and conditions. Recommended only after inspection confirms the need.

FCU Deep Cleaning

May be required every 12–18 months. The periodic inspections will tell us the right time — no guesswork, no unnecessary costs.
